Supervised Visitation Services

"Supervised visitation allows parents in high conflict or high risk situations access to their children in a safe and supervised environment. The noncustodial parent has access to the child only when supervised by another adult. It is the child’s need that is paramount in making any decisions regarding the need for this supervision."

Youth Services’ Supervised Visitation helps to repair family relationships that have suffered a breakdown.  The program focuses on safe visits between visiting parents and children when a court has determined that those visits must be supervised by a third party.  Youth Services works closely with community partners like Winston Prouty, the Windham County Sheriff, and the Windham County Court to ensure the safe delivery of this service.
