Experiencing difficulties at home, finishing school, with your relationships, or in getting a job?

You don’t have to go it alone. Youth Services can offer support as you successfully navigate problems you may be experiencing with a variety of causes. A skilled staff member will help you define your goals and build your ability to problem solve, plan, and put into practice steps that will help you succeed. We believe in helping people learn how to grow, both as individuals and as a family, so they can solve their own problems.

Case Management can serve youth ages 11- to 21-years old and their families. Our focus is on preventing and alleviating homelessness, with priority given to youth who are currently homeless, at high risk of homelessness or living in unstable or unsafe housing.

Transitional Living offers a wide range of support to local 16- to 21-year-old youth who lack stable living alternatives as they prepare to get or keep their own apartment. Youth Services offers rent stipends to youth who have a job or some other source of income and are engaged in 25 to 30 hours of productive time per week including a combination of school, employment, education and/or other healthy activities.

Youth Services can help youth under age 22 with transitions from state custody in order to gain the skills necessary for independent living and lead healthy, productive lives as adult community members.
